To change it, open **Connections → AI assistants** in Bytown while you're in the business Claude works on, choose **Disconnect** next to Claude, then connect again from Claude and pick the other business. You can also remove the connector inside Claude from **Settings → Connectors**. Disconnecting in Bytown cuts access straight away. ## Common questions ### Why can't I see Add custom connector in Claude? On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to allow custom connectors first, so ask your Claude admin. On the free plan you can add one custom connector, so remove another one first if you've used it. Once Bytown is added on the web, it follows you to the desktop app and your phone. ### Does Claude remember my ads between chats? Claude reads your accounts fresh each time it uses Bytown, so answers reflect the latest numbers. Keep Bytown switched on for the chats where you work on ads. You can ask Claude to list your ad accounts at the start of any chat to check the connection is live.
