# Dashboards and sharing > See Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and ChatGPT Ads in one view, build dashboards for the numbers you care about, and share them with your team or clients. Source: https://bytown.co/docs/dashboards ยท Updated October 20, 2026 Open **Dashboards** in the sidebar. The default **Overview** dashboard shows every connected platform together, and you can build your own next to it. They all read the same live data, so the numbers always match. A campaigns and ads table sits underneath, with a status filter. ## Add sections Choose **Edit** to add sections for the platforms you've connected: - **Google Ads**: top search terms, top keywords, ad rank and landing page performance - **Google Ads and Meta**: device performance, a traffic map, a day-of-week by hour grid and your ad creatives - **Meta**: lead forms, with every instant-form lead and a CSV download - **Every platform**: a lead funnel - **Any dashboard**: notes, for context your team should see next to the numbers ## Share a dashboard Open a dashboard and choose **Share**. You have 2 ways to share a read-only view: ### Publish a link Choose **Make public** to get a link anyone can open. Add an optional password, at least 4 characters. **Stop sharing the public link** turns it off at once. ### Invite by email Add an email address. The person gets a sign-in link to the read-only view, with no account or password needed. Each link lasts 72 hours, and you can resend or revoke an invite at any time. ## Common questions ### Why does my dashboard say it's warming up? A new connection needs a short while to pull history from the ad platform. Your numbers fill in on their own once the first sync finishes. If a platform still shows nothing after a day, open Connections and check its status, then ask Bytown in chat to check the account for you. ### Can a client see my dashboard without a Bytown account? Yes. Publish a read-only link, with an optional password, or invite them by email for a sign-in link that needs no account or password. They see the numbers you chose and nothing else, and you can revoke access at any time from the Share window.
