How billing works

Change, cancel or resume

Agency-managed businesses

If an agency runs Bytown for you, it may cover your plan. In that case you see no paywall and no billing page, and the agency decides which parts of Bytown each person on your team can use.

Common questions

Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?

No. Bytown is a flat monthly price per business, whatever you spend on ads. Your ad platforms bill you directly for the ads themselves, on your own accounts. That keeps our advice honest, because Bytown earns the same whether you spend more or less.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Choose Cancel subscription under Settings, Billing and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, with no fee and no contract. Change your mind before then and choose Resume subscription. Your ad accounts stay yours either way, with all their campaigns and history.
