Dashboards and sharing

See Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and ChatGPT Ads in one view, build dashboards for the numbers you care about, and share them with your team or clients.

Updated

Open Dashboards in the sidebar. The default Overview dashboard shows every connected platform together, and you can build your own next to it. They all read the same live data, so the numbers always match.

Pick the window

Every dashboard has the same controls at the top:

Use Refresh data to pull the latest numbers, and drag cards to reorder them. Reset to the default layout puts everything back.

The metrics

AreaMetrics
DeliverySpend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM
ResultsConversions, conversion rate, cost per conversion, conversion value, ROAS
LeadsLeads, cost per lead

The charts pair cost with cost per conversion, conversions with conversion rate, and clicks with CTR. A campaigns and ads table sits underneath, with a status filter.

Add sections

Choose Edit to add sections for the platforms you've connected:

Share a dashboard

Open a dashboard and choose Share. You have 2 ways to share a read-only view:

1

Publish a link

Choose Make public to get a link anyone can open. Add an optional password, at least 4 characters. Stop sharing the public link turns it off at once.

2

Invite by email

Add an email address. The person gets a sign-in link to the read-only view, with no account or password needed. Each link lasts 72 hours, and you can resend or revoke an invite at any time.

Common questions

Why does my dashboard say it's warming up?

A new connection needs a short while to pull history from the ad platform. Your numbers fill in on their own once the first sync finishes. If a platform still shows nothing after a day, open Connections and check its status, then ask Bytown in chat to check the account for you.

Can a client see my dashboard without a Bytown account?

Yes. Publish a read-only link, with an optional password, or invite them by email for a sign-in link that needs no account or password. They see the numbers you chose and nothing else, and you can revoke access at any time from the Share window.
