I run five shops, that’s five sets of campaigns. But only one tab in Bytown and 3 hours of work each month now that it’s set up.

Add a client and Bytown launches and tunes their ads. You approve every change. From $139 a client the first month, then $199/mo.

Every platform, for every client — from one place.
Same roster, same retainer. Here’s what changes when Bytown does the execution.
Before: Hours per client building campaigns
With Bytown: A new client live in an hour
Before: A $4–6k junior the roster can’t carry
With Bytown: Campaigns drafted and tested for every client
Before: 5 logins, 5 exports, 5 decks by Monday
With Bytown: The Monday report, built before Monday
Before: Subcontracting at $1–7k a month per client
With Bytown: A flat plan per client, no % of ad spend
Add a client, connect their accounts, and Bytown drafts campaigns, runs variant tests and tunes budgets for each one separately. You approve before anything spends, on every client.
Paste a client’s URL. Bytown reads their services, area and offers, and keeps every client’s profile, budget and accounts separate.
Kestrel Heating & Cooling
Residential HVAC: furnace and AC repair, installs and maintenance plans. Its own plan, budget, ad accounts and approvals.
Each client gets its own short list, with projected leads and what a lead should cost — ready to send for approval.
Calder & Finch CPA — recommended
Business Tax Accountant | Fixed-Fee Year-End Packages
Year-end, tax and bookkeeping for owner-managed companies. One price agreed up front, no hourly surprises.
Ask across the roster in plain English. Bytown drafts and stages every change per client, and nothing runs until you or the client approve it.
Which client needs attention this week?
Answers, not dashboards. Spend, leads and cost per lead for each client — one view for you, one report per client.
This month — your roster
| Client | Spend | Leads | Cost per lead |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kestrel Heating & Cooling | $1,040 | 29 | $36 |
| Calder & Finch CPA | $2,540 | 19 | $134 |
| Larkhaven Academy | $2,980 | 41 | $73 |
Every lead is tracked to the ad that produced it, per client, so each report shows what that client’s budget bought.

Example numbers for one client — drag the sliders to match theirs. Each client has its own plan. Subcontractor fee assumes 15% of ad spend with a $1,000 minimum. Your time is the hours a month you spend on calls, briefs and approvals for that client.
Each client is its own business in Bytown: its own ad accounts, campaigns, dashboards and people. You see all of them. Each client sees only theirs.
Billing
Each client business has its own Pro or Max plan and its own first month at 30% off. The client pays Bytown directly, or you cover it and bill it inside your retainer. No seat fee for you, no percentage of ad spend.
Reporting
Build a dashboard per client for the numbers they care about, then share a read-only link with an optional password, or an email invite that needs no sign-up. Revoke it any time.
Workflow
Connect Bytown's MCP connector once and read any client's results, draft campaigns and stage changes from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the other assistants, on both plans.
Ask across your roster from WhatsApp, Claude or ChatGPT. Approve each client’s changes in the same thread.
89 leads across 3 clients last month. Calder & Finch needs a look: cost per lead is up 24%.
Build a dashboard per client for the numbers they care about, share it as a read-only link, and let Bytown answer the follow-up questions in chat. How sharing works.
Read-only links, optional password
The client sees the numbers you chose and nothing else. Revoke access from the Share window whenever the engagement ends.
Email invites that need no account
Invite a client by email and they get a sign-in link with no account and no password to remember.
Ask Bytown for the breakdown
"Why did the dental group's cost per lead go up?" Ask in chat, or from Claude and ChatGPT through the MCP connector, and paste the answer into the call notes.

I’m a one-man band. This is the closest thing I’ve got to a marketing department, and it costs less than a contractor.

What you get
Your ad budget is separate. You can change it or stop it any time.
Per client business, and there is no seat fee for you. Each client you add gets its own plan: Pro at $199 a month for 1 ad account on any of the 5 platforms, or Max at $449 for all of them with unlimited ad accounts, and each new business gets its own first month at 30% off. See the plans.
Yes. The owner of a business handles its billing, so a client can own their business and pay Bytown directly while you run it. Or you own the business, cover the plan and bill the client inside your retainer. Either way the ad platforms bill the client's own ad accounts for the ads themselves. How agency-managed businesses work.
No. Every client is its own business in Bytown with its own ad accounts, campaigns, dashboards and people. You invite someone to one business, not to your whole roster, so a client only ever sees their own numbers.
Cancel that business's plan and it runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no fee and no contract. Nothing else on your roster changes. The client keeps their ad accounts, with every campaign and all the history, because Bytown only ever connected with the access they granted.
Your call, per client. Bytown stages every campaign, budget and change with its exact before and after, and it runs only when someone with approval rights on that business approves it. The owner can always approve, and on an agency-managed business you decide who else can. A client who should only read results gets exactly that.
Share the dashboard. Every client business gets dashboards you build for the numbers that matter to them, with a read-only link, an optional password, or an email invite that needs no account. Revoke it any time. When a client asks why, ask Bytown in chat for the breakdown and paste the answer. How sharing works.
Yes, on both plans. Connect Bytown's MCP connector once and you can read any client's results, draft campaigns and stage changes from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the other assistants you already live in. Changes still wait for an approval in that chat. See the connector.
A junior costs more than most retainers can carry and still needs you to review the work. A white-label agency takes 90 days to ramp and sends a PDF. Bytown drafts a client's campaigns in about 5 minutes for $199 a month, tunes them every day, and you review the exact change before it spends. You keep the strategy, the client and the margin.
No. Your clients see Bytown, and most fractional leaders say so up front, because the client is hiring your judgement, not a tool. You bill your retainer however you like. Bytown bills the plan per business, to you or to the client, and never adds a markup on ad spend.
No. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and ChatGPT bill each client's own ad account directly, and Bytown charges a flat monthly price per business whatever they spend. The same price at $2,000 a month and at $200,000 a month, which keeps the advice honest.
The client does, always. Bytown connects with the access the client grants and can be disconnected from Connections at any time, leaving every campaign and all the history in their accounts. Nothing you build for a client is locked inside Bytown.
Add the client in a sentence. Bytown drafts their campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and ChatGPT, you approve the exact changes, and the report builds itself before the call.
